Alias Memo Policy:

Important Memo Policy Note: The memo charge does not contribute towards the weekly rental fee & if you choose to memo and keep an item past 48 hours, you will incur a charge equal to 135% of the rental total.

• Memos are for 48 hour period and only for fitting purposes only

• Memo price is 35% of Weekly Rental price 

• Any item kept after 48 hours or used for your shoot will start a new weekly rental period and will be charged a new full weekly price

• No weekend memos - If you are renting on Thursday or Friday your Memo will be due end of day Friday

• You will not be charged our 10% cleaning fee because items are just being fit and are expected to be returned clean

The Following Items Cannot Be Memoed:

• You cannot memo just one item

• Accessories such as shoes, hats, jewelry, glasses, gloves

• Official Uniforms: Fireman, Police, TSA, Pilot, Paramedic, Security Guard, Postal Service, SWAT, USPS, MTA, All Military
