-Photo References of what you are looking for
-Your preferred Day & Time for an appointment
-How many people will be attending appointment (Maximum 2 people per appointment)

How Appointments Work at Alias

Our appointments work in 2 hour time slots and during that time we can help you source your design needs and answer any questions that you have. 

Alternatively if you cannot make it in shop we can offer you our Full Pull Assistance service where we pull all your items based on photo references and exact sizes.  Our Full Pull Assistance is $60/hr with a 1 hour minimum.

We have a small shop so we have a maximum 2 person per appointment limit and we still require masks while you are in our shop. We do not have a space for fitting or trying on clothing.

We require a full rental agreement to be filled out and signed before the start of appointment.

Pulling / Writing Up / Price Estimates

Once you have completed your appointment and have pulled the items you would like to rent we then start the write up process.  Items cannot be taken immediately after an appointment so please plan accordingly to coordinate a pick up after the appointment is over.

We can send you a itemized receipt with prices for you to approve before any charges are made.

Picking Up

We take every item off the hangers and fold down into large plaid bags. If your pull is large these bags can become very heavy.  Please plan the appropriate amount of assistance when dropping off and picking up a rental. Since we are a small staffed shop we cannot assist with curbside pick up or drop off.  Please be advised that all pick ups and drop offs must happen on the 7th floor of our building located at 35 W 31st Street NY, NY 10001.

Holding Pulls

We offer a 24 hour hold period for all pulls. 

Please schedule another appointment if you need to make any edits to your pull. We do not start the write up process until you confirm your pull is complete.

Restocking / Cancellation Fees

Any pulls left on hold in our shop are subject to a $25 flat restocking fee for any cancellation.

There is a 25% cancellation fee at write up value if cancellation is made after order has been written and packed up.  

Restocking and cancellation fee is waived if you come back and restock all items.
